Marie Jung is a stu­dent assistant at the Cent­re for Pla­ne­ta­ry Health Poli­cy (CPHP) and sup­ports various pro­jects (PHONIC and Air­He­alth) in terms of con­tent and orga­niza­ti­on. In addi­ti­on to her work at CPHP, she is stu­dy­ing for a Master’s degree in Poli­ti­cal Sci­ence at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Frei­burg. Pre­vious­ly, she com­ple­ted a Bachelor’s degree in Inter­na­tio­nal Health Sci­en­ces with a spe­cia­liza­ti­on in Health Eco­no­mics and Poli­cy at Ful­da Uni­ver­si­ty of Appli­ed Sci­en­ces. Befo­re joi­ning the CPHP, Marie gai­ned valuable expe­ri­ence through her vol­un­t­a­ry ser­vice in Nami­bia, intern­ships at various insti­tu­ti­ons, inclu­ding the Fede­ral Minis­try for the Envi­ron­ment, Natu­re Con­ser­va­ti­on, Nuclear Safe­ty and Con­su­mer Pro­tec­tion, and through her work as a rese­arch assistant at the Uni­ver­si­ty Medi­cal Cen­ter Frei­burg.
