We only store pseudonymised IP addresses of visitors to the website. At the web server level, this is done by storing an IP address 123.123.123.XXX in the log file by default instead of the visitor’s actual IP address, e.g. 123.123.123, where XXX is a random value between 1 and 254. It is no longer possible to establish a personal reference. The log files are automatically deleted after the statutory periods.

2. Contact and online registration
When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, online registration, email, telephone or via social media), the user’s details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. The user’s details may be stored in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or comparable enquiry organization.
We delete the enquiries if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; furthermore, the legal archiving obligations apply.
