The publisher respon­si­ble for the ope­ra­ti­on of the web­site cphp-berlin.de is the Cent­re for Pla­ne­ta­ry Health Poli­cy (CPHP) / c/o KLUG — Deut­sche Alli­anz Kli­ma­wan­del und Gesund­heit e.V. (“we”). In prin­ci­ple, it is pos­si­ble to visit our web­site wit­hout pro­vi­ding per­so­nal data. By using the site and ente­ring per­so­nal data, you con­sent to the coll­ec­tion and use of this data in accordance with this state­ment. As a mat­ter of prin­ci­ple, this data will not be pas­sed on to third par­ties unless this is abso­lut­e­ly neces­sa­ry for the pur­po­se explai­ned. In this case, we will obtain your con­sent to the trans­fer before­hand.

1. Web­ser­ver and log­files

Your brow­ser auto­ma­ti­cal­ly trans­mits infor­ma­ti­on to our web­site with every access: The ver­si­on of your brow­ser pro­gram, your ope­ra­ting sys­tem used, the IP address of your acces­sing device, the time of the request, the URL of the reques­ted file or page, if appli­ca­ble the page from which you rea­ched us via a link (refer­rer URL) and the result of the request (HTTP sta­tus code). This data may be recor­ded in ser­ver log files, which are neces­sa­ry to check the pro­per func­tio­ning of the web ser­ver.

We only store pseud­ony­mi­sed IP addres­ses of visi­tors to the web­site. At the web ser­ver level, this is done by sto­ring an IP address 123.123.123.XXX in the log file by default ins­tead of the visitor’s actu­al IP address, e.g. 123.123.123, whe­re XXX is a ran­dom value bet­ween 1 and 254. It is no lon­ger pos­si­ble to estab­lish a per­so­nal refe­rence. The log files are auto­ma­ti­cal­ly dele­ted after the sta­tu­to­ry peri­ods.

The web ser­ver is ope­ra­ted by BIOHOST, Bahn­hofstr. 52, 35390 Gie­ßen, Ger­ma­ny. Here you can find the data pri­va­cy poli­cy of BIOHOST. The com­mis­sio­ning is based on our legi­ti­ma­te inte­rests accor­ding to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and an order pro­ces­sing con­tract accor­ding to Art. 28 para. 3 p. 1 GDPR.

2. Cont­act and online regis­tra­ti­on

When cont­ac­ting us (e.g. via cont­act form, online regis­tra­ti­on, email, tele­pho­ne or via social media), the user’s details are pro­ces­sed for the pur­po­se of hand­ling the cont­act request and its pro­ces­sing pur­su­ant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. The user’s details may be stored in a cus­to­mer rela­ti­onship manage­ment sys­tem (“CRM sys­tem”) or com­pa­ra­ble enquiry orga­niza­ti­on.

We dele­te the enqui­ries if they are no lon­ger neces­sa­ry. We review the neces­si­ty every two years; fur­ther­mo­re, the legal archi­ving obli­ga­ti­ons app­ly.

3. Right to infor­ma­ti­on, cor­rec­tion and dele­ti­on

You have the right at any time to free infor­ma­ti­on about your per­so­nal data stored by us, its ori­gin and reci­pi­ents and the pur­po­se of data pro­ces­sing, as well as a right to cor­rec­tion, blo­cking or dele­ti­on of this data or to revo­ca­ti­on of con­sent once given to the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data. You can cont­act us at any time with regard to this and other ques­ti­ons on the sub­ject of per­so­nal data.
