Profile

Melanie Schlebach graduated in political sciences and trained as a sustainability manager. For 20 years she worked for a regional business development agency. There she developed and managed various projects. As an authorized signatory, she was also responsible for managing the various project teams, including the district’s energy agency, as well as management tasks for the overall organisation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she took on the temporary task of setting up and organising a central vaccination center. Melanie is also involved in voluntary work at the Region der Lebensretter e.V. as well as in sports associations. As administrative manager at CPHP and KLUG (Deutsche Allianz Klimawandel und Gesundheit e.V.), she is responsible for human resources, finances and processes.
